When this dress first caught my eye, it was all that gorgeous tomato-red with striking black and white print! I mean, can you get anymore sumptuous? But look closely at the cut, and you’ll see it’s a fairly traditional one, like one I wore to my High School Winter Dance. That’s right, this cut is so timeless it was around when I went to high school.
And that’s what makes pieces stand-outs in fashion. To me, finding a piece that goes the distance is about finding a piece whose cut withstands trends and fads, all while accentuating all your perfect-parts, without any effort what-so-ever.
And that’s what this lovely red number does. You get the color hit for spring that takes you into summer, but because of the cut, you know this dress can be rocked for years to come. And the sexy slit up the side allows it to be a solid little number to take you out on that much deserved night on the town!
I paired this beauty with my gold open-toed shoes, with black and white stripes which I cannot get enough of! I love mixing patterns like the floral dress with stripes!
What do you think lovelies?
