We all know that getting a higher education costs an arm, leg, and likely your first born child, if they can help it. And if you want to go to grad school, you should probably also start selling your non-vital and vital organs.

College is EXPENSIVE. And one college hears the cries of students suffering under a ton of debt. Stanford University will provide free tuition to parents of students who earn less than $125,000 per year — and if they make less than $65,000, they won’t have to contribute to room and board costs, either.
So how can Stanford do this? Well this is one of the world’s richest universities, with an endowment of $21 billion. That’s a B. And what’s best is the program is simple and straight forward.
You’ll still have to get the grades and get accepted, but damnit if this isn’t an awesome program that hopefully other schools can take a lesson from and start implementing more financial transparency with incoming students.
